IPv4 connectivity is provided via NAT4.
NAT4 instances can have public-facing ports. For example, if the IP address assigned to you is 10.0.3.100, your available port range will be 10000–10099.
If your IP address is 10.0.3.101, your available port range will be 10100–10199.
If the NAT egress IP is blocked by country-level firewalls but international connectivity remains normal, we will not provide a refund, even if the issue is not caused by you.
